DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with products within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria or factory spec. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending products back for exchange. 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email EuropeanSpaSandy@gmail.com. Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the concern

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL?

Turn around time with emails is from 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response in that time frame, we are not trying to ignore you, we are experiencing a larger than normal amount of inquiries. Please call us at (403) 276-2008 for a faster response if needed.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN?

All prices are listed in CAD, standard GST, PST HST fees apply per province.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing, verification, production and an additional 1-2 business days for delivery locally in Calgary, and 5 business days elsewhere in Canada.
